“Reality Breakdown” is Lucy Johnson’s second photographic publication. It is littered with those unfiltered moments, stolen seconds and dissociation. It draws lines between happenstance and decisions made, a walk home after a cancelled train or calling in sick to lie in the park. When life is at its most punishingly mundane, we crave those tears in the fabric.
